Our terms and conditions are under development and can be updated at any time. Items are sold as seen on the website in good faith. We do all we can to represent the item accurately and give as much detail as possible. However we cannot guarantee that colours are exactly as portrayed due to potential screen defaults and photography limitations. Because our products are individually handmade, there may be minor flaws in manufacture which form part of the character of a unique handmade item. We cannot be held liable for damage to any products caused by washing or other use, or for any allergic reaction to the fabric or dyes used in our products. www.lemon-pink.co.uk and all its content and photographs are copyrighted to the owner Lucy Mason. We comply with UK consumer law which protects your rights as a buyer.

You may return a purchase within 14 days in to receive a full refund once we have checked the item's condition and verified that it is re-saleable. If the item is damaged or soiled, you will receive no refund or a partial refund at our discretion. If you are returning an item as sold because you have decided it is not what you wanted, we will refund the purchase price but not postage and packaging costs. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or it was misrepresented on the website, then you will receive a full refund plus postage and packaging costs as a gesture of goodwill.

Any information submitted to us (name, postal address, e-mail address) are only used for dispatching your purchases and kept securely for our sales records. We will not share these details with anyone and do not sell customer details. We do not handle any of your financial data which are dealt with securely through PayPal.
