delivery policy

Once notified by PayPal that payment has cleared we will package your purchase according to your instructions, including any message that you have chosen to send, and dispatch to any UK mainland address specified by the buyer. We use Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise instructed by the buyer. We are happy to ship anywhere but as we are just starting up, we have not costed postage further afield - please contact us if you would like a purchase sent internationally.

If you make more than one purchase we will endeavour to post them together where possible.

We will get your purchase posted as soon as possible but cannot guarantee immediate postage. Expect to receive your purchase within one week - but let us know if you have a deadline and need your purchase more quickly.
